My mom arrived on Thursday and it has been so wonderful to have her here. I drove to Buffalo to get her all by myself (the farthest I have driven in a long time!). It is so cool to be working together around the house instead of Mom waiting on me. My mom was so thrilled to see how good I look and was able to report to my dad that I really am doing as well as I say I am.
I will be finishing 3 weeks of IV antibiotics tomorrow and hopefully the infection has cleared up. I am still coughing in the night, so I am not sure what that means. My stomach will be glad to get a break from the antibiotics.
Hannah starts school next Tuesday, so we will try to enjoy her last few days of freedom.
Hope all is well with you! All my love! Nancy
Welcome friends and family!
Thank you for visiting my blog. It documents my amazing journey from pre to post double lung transplant. I am a 37 year old mother and wife with Cystic Fibrosis who has been more greatly blessed than I could ever imagine possible!
It has been a bumpy ride, but God has given me strength, love, friendship, and, FINALLY, health. My prayers have been answered, my miracle was granted, and I want to share the joy of my new life with you.
