Hello friends,
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I have to admit, I have been struggling. I feared that once my IV antibiotics got out of my system I might have a hard time and I guess I was correct.
I am trying to keep my chin up and follow my own advice, to just take things one day at a time. Scott and I travel to Pittsburgh on Thursday to see Dr. Pilewski, maybe there is something that can be done to help me feel a little better, I can't continue to be on IVs forever. Please pray that my body can stay strong and I can fight off infections on my own without the IV antibiotics.
Thank you all so much for your love and continued prayers! Nancy
Welcome friends and family!
Thank you for visiting my blog. It documents my amazing journey from pre to post double lung transplant. I am a 37 year old mother and wife with Cystic Fibrosis who has been more greatly blessed than I could ever imagine possible!
It has been a bumpy ride, but God has given me strength, love, friendship, and, FINALLY, health. My prayers have been answered, my miracle was granted, and I want to share the joy of my new life with you.

Hey, my friend,
I've been logging on every day to see how you're doing. I know it must be so hard to wait when you're feeling so icky... I hope they will be able to give you something to help you feel better when you go to Pitts. Stay strong, dear friend. Help is on its way.
Love and prayers,
Deb
Hang in there, Nancy! We're sending good thoughts your way!
